I’ve dreamt about creating a space like this for a long time.
A space that feels calm the moment you walk through the door.
Soft lighting. Warm tea. Deep breaths. Slowing down. Not intimidating. Not overly polished.
Just a cosy, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are.

Doncaster Yoga Studio is being created as a little sanctuary from the noise of everyday life — somewhere to move gently, rest deeply and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and down-to-earth environment.

Whether you’re joining a class, coming for a private session or simply taking an hour for yourself, my hope is that this space feels grounding, comforting and safe.

What The Studio Will Offer

Weekly Yoga Classes

Small, welcoming classes with a focus on mindful movement, nervous system support and helping you feel more connected to yourself.

  • Yin Yoga

  • Beginners Yoga

  • Gentle Yoga

  • Pregnancy Yoga

  • Postnatal Yoga

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra & Deep Rest

  • Meditation Sessions

  • Seasonal workshops & wellbeing events

No pressure. No need to be flexible. Just space to breathe, move and soften.

Private Yoga Sessions

One to One Yoga

A completely personalised session tailored to you.

Perfect if you:

​

  • feel nervous about joining classes

  • are brand new to yoga

  • want a slower, more supportive introduction

  • are looking for movement to support stress, tension or overwhelm

  • simply want time and space focused entirely on you

  • want to enhance your current practice

  • returning from injury​

​

These sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and nervous system support depending on what you need that day

​

One to Two and Small Group Sessions

Come with a friend, partner or loved one for a more private and relaxed experience.

A lovely option if you’d feel more comfortable starting yoga together or simply want something more personal than a public class.

Private Group Bookings

The studio will also be available for private wellbeing experiences and small group gatherings.

Sessions can be tailored to your group and may include Yoga, Yin, Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, relaxation and cosy post-practice tea, snacks & chats.

Studio Hire

The space will also be available to hire for like-minded wellbeing practitioners and community offerings.
