Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after time away, recovering from an injury, preparing for birth, or simply looking for a practice that's designed around you, a one-to-one yoga session offers a truly personalised experience. These private sessions are tailored entirely to your individual needs, goals and lifestyle. Together we'll create a practice that supports your body and mind, helping you move with greater ease, build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling calmer and more connected. Before your first session, we'll have time to discuss what has brought you to yoga, any injuries or health considerations, your experience, and what you'd like to gain from our time together. Every session is then thoughtfully planned to meet you where you are on that day. One-to-one sessions can support a wide range of intentions, including: • Building confidence before joining a group class • Improving strength, balance and flexibility • Managing stress and anxiety • Learning yoga at your own pace • Supporting back, neck or shoulder tension • Developing a sustainable home practice • Deepening your existing yoga practice • Pregnancy and postnatal wellbeing (where appropriate) • Recovery, rest and relaxation There is no pressure to be flexible or experienced. Yoga is for every body, and these sessions are designed to help you feel comfortable, supported and empowered from the moment you arrive. Each session may include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation, depending on your needs and preferences. My approach is gentle, encouraging and compassionate, creating a safe space where you can move, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're looking for a single session to address a specific goal or ongoing support as your practice evolves, I'd love to welcome you. I look forward to sharing the practice with you.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Boho Warrior Yoga With Nikki At Boho Warrior Yoga With Nikki, I’m committed to offering thoughtful, high-quality yoga classes, workshops, and events that require time, energy and financial investment to organise. As a small business, my non-refundable policy helps ensure the sustainability of what I do while keeping classes accessible for everyone. General Policy - All bookings are confirmed with full payment. - Refunds and transfers cannot be offered once a booking has been made, except in the rare instance that an event or class is cancelled by Boho Warrior Yoga With Nikki. - In the event of cancellation by Boho Warrior Yoga With Nikki (due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, venue issues etc), an alternative date or time will be offered. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued. ​Workshops & Events - All workshops and events are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Please check your availability carefully before booking, as credit, transfer, or refund cannot be given if you are unable to attend. - Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. Weekly Classes - You have several options for attending weekly classes, and each has slightly different terms: Class Passes - A 5-Class Pass is valid for six weeks from the date of first use. - Expiry dates cannot be extended, so please plan accordingly to make full use of your pass. - You may reschedule or move a class credit to another class up to 72 hours before the class start time. - Within 72 hours of class start, changes or transfers are not permitted. Block Bookings - Block bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Bookings are confirmed with full payment at the time of purchase. - If you cannot attend a class within your block, please note that credits cannot be carried over or exchanged. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) - PAYG bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Once booked, your place is confirmed and cannot be changed or credited if you cannot attend. ​Additional Considerations - Minimum Numbers: - Some workshops and events require a minimum number of participants to run. In the rare case that minimum numbers are not met, the session may be rescheduled or a full refund provided. Weather & Venue Changes: - Occasionally, classes may need to move venue or change format (e.g., switch to online) due to external factors. In these cases, your booking will automatically transfer to the new arrangement.
